Sometimes I’ll look at a photograph.. and it’s usually faded or slightly low in quality, and I get a sense of how fleeting a life is.
The photograph is always of a person, smiling a big natural smile, perhaps laughing, usually a close up.
And for whatever reason, this photo captures an inexplainable sense of what it is to exist - to be person among other people - smiling and living...
Who would I be in a world without reflections...
I want to wake up in different skin, just to ask you if we’ve met. I want to start again and be a someone we’d both like.
No-one will ever admit it, but what you see is all you’ll ever get from people wrapped in flesh.

Collective responsibility - accepting religious...
Christians shy away from the label of ‘religion’ when it comes to their spiritual beliefs and way of living.
It makes sense to not want to be associated with a concept that, throughout history, has created wars and oppression, inequalities and injustice. Today, religion is seen as backward - a negative influence in a society that is moving forward with logic, reason and freedom.

So as of today, I am starting a detox diet to help with my energy levels and skin problems.
I am cutting out wheat and diary and trying to just eat fruits, veggies, eggs, fish and lean meat.
I’ll try to do it for at least 2 or 3 weeks and see how it goes! I also want to make sure i put aside 30 mins for exercise every day.
Can’t hurt giving it a go :)
